If I could give this place no stars I would. We are still waiting for our order of 2 bowls and its been an hour! An hour! If you dont have the ingredients you shouldnt be selling anything! It is bad enough that they charge almost $15 for a bowl but then make you wait an hour? They canceled after all that waiting. Horrible stay away!

I called in because I had a question about a coupon that the manager or owner gave me. I called three times with no answer and no option for voicemail which pretty much means my call was ignored. On the fourth call somebody answered but seem to be confused that they were getting a call. When I asked if this was the restaurant they said yes and then went very silent. I said hello in confusion and they hung up on me. On top of that the coupon that I was given Freddy's restaurant from the owner is invalid for the address that I live at. Which means that it's just pointless and an empty gesture period the unprofessionalism of this chain is unbecoming. They have another location on Hawthorne Boulevard which is owned and managed by the same people. That location cannot be found on Google Maps and the number that's attached to it is disconnected or doesn't work because it's the owner's personal number. It's not worth the heartache. Pay a little bit more for better customer service and go somewhere else
