didn’t want to take my order because I didn’t have a mask, and they didn’t offer the stupid mask. I wanted to order 10 dishes to take away.

Wow! The current manager for this evening could be so wrong in treating a customer. This is was my go to ramen place. I have had great to good experience from this location from management and staff.
When I walked in and immediately saw the lady was busy on her phone and took her time. She commented that it was no contact order. Did she get frustrated that I did not know the no contact protocol? I even offered to go online to ensure safety for everyone. It got worse when I asked regards to the nice renovation. I asked if the renovation delayed their opening. I was trying to have a conversation. She replied that they were closed due to the pandemic, sarcastically. I guess she did not understand my question. There was such a disconnect with our conversation.
I talked with her regards to her comment. She kept apologizing several times and I said there was no need for apologies. I could see that she was very busy to deal with such thing hence the insincerity.
I saw my name on the order it was misspelled. I was very much offended.
Sorry, I cannot comment on the food I ordered because her treatment summed up my experience at Bushi by Jinya in mid-Wilshire.
