My fianc and I worked with L34 to buy our first home together and worked primarily with Fawn though we also briefly worked with Shannon. Both were lovely to work with and were very patient and approachable throughout the home buying process. We love our new home and I can confidently say that, without Fawns help, we would have lacked the credibility and insight needed to make a competitive offer. Fawn also helped me sell my starter home, a one-bedroom house with no parking. Despite some unexpected hiccups during the home-selling process (the first potential buyer was unable to finalize their loan and had to cancel), Fawn helped me find another buyer that ended up being the right fit for the property. I love the L34 Group! They exceeded my expectations. Everything from gorgeous staging, to excellent communication, and they brought in several cash offers on the property. My husband and I were concerned about the well being of the propertys bio diversity and history. We were very selective. Deirdre and Terry found the perfect buyer. After the property closed we met the new owner and they said, thank you, this is my dream home I wouldnt change a thing. L34 was absolutely phenomenal to work with in a difficult situation. I live out of state and needed to sell my uncles house as part of the probate process. My uncle had lived there for 30 years and there was also a lot of cleanout and organization that had to happen. L34 took care of shipping family items back to us and then Terry put a ton of time and effort into giving away things that were still useful and clearing out everything else. Catherine scheduled all the inspections and kept me informed. There were some unexpected issues that arose from these, but she walked me through all the follow-up and made it as easy as it could be despite the distance. The repairs and design choices they suggested were spot on and really improved the look and feel of the house. The staging was wonderful, playing up the strengths of the home, and the photographs showed it off to its best advantage I got tons of compliments from people when the website went up. Deirdres pricing and sales strategy was extremely effective, and got us about 50% above asking price in the end. Beyond all this, the team was very accommodating to my mother and me through this emotionally trying process, enabling us to finish with a feeling of gratitude and closure. L34 did a wonderful job for our family, and I highly recommend them.
