It's a terrific building situated in a stellar part of the town. The roof deck is an outstanding place to unwind and enjoy scenic views of the City. It's a short walk from Larchmont Boulevard and all that it offers. The building manager and staff are great people who are very accommodating.

My boyfriend and I have had a great experience living at Chelsea Court. The Sr. Property Manager Travis Goodman is incredibly friendly and responsive. The amenities (pool, hot tub, laundry, central air, parking) are great for the price and the location is convenient. I love that we can walk to Larchmont Village and it's a quick drive to West Hollywood, downtown LA, Los Feliz, and Silver Lake. They also have an Amazon hub for packages and a vending machine.

We've been living here for more that 4 years and this is an amazing place! Beautiful, spacious apartments, nice neighborhood, rooftop with breathtaking view and the best manager I've ever met! Travis is ALWAYS here to help with any requests and needs! Definitely recommend it to everyone! The building is also pets friendly :)

This was our first apartment in Los Angeles and could not have been a better choice. Management is friendly and responsive. Maintenance is quick and on top of any repairs needed. The building is clean and I feel safe. great central location. Walkable to Larchmont Village. Also has some of the best views of DTLA and Hollywood! We really love it in this building!
