all the workers are very nice they have lots of options for crystals tarot cards and pendulums dont go in for a reading with carole tho sweet lady but has no idea what she is doing lol

I really enjoy this shop, have stopped in several times, and will likely continue to in the future. However I do feel obliged to point out that when I last stopped in (a few weeks ago) the person at the desk was talking on the telephone with their mask pulled down, and upon my entering the store kept it down, with honestly no real interest in me. I was double masked and thus felt safe (also the door was...cracked slightly?), and really didn't feel like interrupting their phone call. But, I definitely didn't vibe with the lack of consideration regardless of perspective on mask-wearing or otherwise. That wasn't cool. This could have been a one-off employee, but after reading the other review regarding this same topic on here from earlier in the pandemic, I feel inclined to think otherwise. So, I feel compelled thus to share this experience in case someone reads it whom is considering shopping here but at a higher risk than myself, or otherwise would not feel safe. Or perhaps to set in motion some other change. I mean no disrespect. Thanks

Visited LA from out of state and really enjoyed the energy and vibe. Left with some dragons blood sage and some other crystals that I couldnt get at home. The woman at the counter was super helpful! If Im ever back Id absolutely stop by again. Lovely selection
