Residents here are so noisy, playing ghetto music in the room or by the pool loudly everyday, speaking loudly late at night. Management doesn’t do anything and it seems out of control. Not a peaceful place to live. Wish I never moved in here.

In late December 2020, right before Christmas we realized that our storage in this apartment is empty which was full of our precious and valuable items. We reached out to the managers of this apartment and they told us they mistakenly "throw away" our items because they believed it belonged to another unit. My husband and I were shocked, terrified, and could not believe they could have done such a terrible mistake. They told us to give them a list of items and they will reimburse the money. It's been almost two month and they haven't paid us and they aren't willing to pay the fair market value of our items. All our valuable items and of course our memories are gone but no one taking responsibility. The managers of this building are so irresponsible for their own negligence and mistake. It is also not a safe building anymore because about five months ago there was a terrifying vandalism at the parking lot in which there were damages to the cars. Our mailboxes were also vandalized last month. They also do not carefully chose new tenants because recent tenants moved here on the first and second floor makes a lot of noises and they have parties going on almost every night until 2:00 am in the morning. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

OUT OF STATE EAST COAST TO LA I found this place while I was looking for places to live in LA for my new job. Not knowing the area or anyone in California I came across this place while walking around after looking at another apartment nearby I found online. First impression, the place is very clean well maintained has good amenities such as 24hr gym (but closed due to covid), lounge area (also closed),pool open with limited hours due to covid (again), safe bright parking. The apartments are a very good size (in comparison to the east). A lot of natural light, walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and not a far drive or cheap Uber to a lot of bars in West Hollywood or to check out Beverly Hills. Hiking trails 2 mins from the building. Griffith Park, Hollywood Bowl, 101, near by aswell. The manager Nikki, very pleasant, professional and friendly person. All the interaction I had with her, mostly emails due to covid, were very professional, quick in responses and if anything needed to be done she will arrange it right away usually by the next day. I do not give this place 5 stars since I havent been able to experience the gym or lounge due to covid but everything else has been great. For people that are looking for a place and don't really know the area. This is a good option and Nikki is an outstanding manager to have on-site.
