        Theses people are scammers that work with a Latino gang. Never rent from them please ignore the good comments . Its all fake . They scammed me out of $13200 . They will let a gang get hold of their keys and those criminals will rent you a property , then Julia will call you and said it was a scam. And there goes your money. Then she will try to rent you the same property again. So sad. They all need to be in jail. Dont deal with them if you love your peace

        Also dealt with Julia. Highly unresponsive and unprofessional. Asked us a question and then would not answer calls and ghosted for days while we wondered about our application. Save yourself the stress and the application fee. Even if you get the apartment you want, a bad first impression is indicative of what's to come. Stern Property Management should give Julia a stern talking to.
