Grizzly Rooter and Plumbing

If I could give this business zero stars, I would gladly. Had this guy come out, gave me really high quotes for minor work, then failed to come back and repair leaks that he left after the work was done (but obviously not really completed). Gave me a high quote to install 10 valves around my home, only did 9 then wanted to charge more for less work on the same day ! After he left, I noticed half of the installed valves leaking. Called him repeatedly to return and fix the issues & never heard from him again (it's now been well over a month). A real prima donna !!!! Save your $$$ and find someone else who'll do a far better job for much less. Services: Shower installation, Leak investigation and repair, Pipe repair, Toilet repair

Marc is hands down AMAZING!!!! I had a line that was backed up and had called another place, and they gave me some crazy quote because Of the time I called. It was late not going to lie but Jesus!! Kept looking and found Grizzly Rooter, Marc was super responsive let me know exactly what was going on and even sort of coached me on how to deal with the problem next time, which I thought was amazing!! Also not to mention he charged a fraction of the price those other guys were trying to charge. I will be definitely telling all my friends and family about Grizzly Rooter!! Mark replaced the lever that holds and releases water in the tub. He replaced the entire unit and, he did it efficiently. He’s done work at my condo before. He’s very good and quotes you a fair price. He does high quality work.

The business responded almost immediately and told me he's in the neighborhood. I thought I'd have to wait another day until my kitchen drain gets fixed but he came right away and fixed it very quickly. I also appreciate him cleaning up after he did the work!
