        New update 1-1-22: new employees so its Extrrreeeaaamly slow!! Vaccine mandate required to eat inside and NO EMPLOYEE IS ASKING TO SEE VACCINE CARDS!!! Omicron running crazy after holiday gathers. Omg. I cant eat inside!!!! Very nice employees. I mention that because there have been several Blaze locations that Ive been to lately and the 3 other ones had less than happy employees.

        Update your closing time. Your employees are constantly closing between and 9 & 9:30p when it says 10p on Google. RUDE EMPLOYEES. Also, not looking for a templated response like what you’ve provided others below. Sending you an email isn’t what people are trying to do when there’s plenty of “additional information” in all the reviews about how bad your business is being run. What are you doing to fix the problem?
