BH Posture is awesome! Everyone on staff is so kind and knowledgable and makes you feel like you are truly being taken care of. Nick has really helped with my shoulder mobility, which wasn't in great shape due to years and years of not stretching and foam rolling. Walker has been instrumental in my recovery and is such a great guy. I also learned at BH Posture to start working out what my body needs not necessarily what I want. We have so many misconceptions about fitness due to false information passed down for years. BH Posture is showing me the right way. On top of outstanding service, incredible massage therapy, life-changing acupuncture, and pilates, BH Posture will educate you on yourself and make you feel like the best version of yourself.

This is by far the BEST physical therapy establishment on the planet, from the front desk accuracy always to the Great therapists, and the wonderful massage team all very professional and inspiring. Bravo Dr.Ozar for an excellent team ! Thank you all for all your hard work.

Everyone from the front desk to the instructors and massage therapists are amazing. I came here with so much pain from two herniated discs and they have helped me manage my injury without surgery.

The best place to heal an injury or just do some things to add strength and flexibility or just feel better physically. Amazing staff, super nice, great facility - first class all the way - and always totally professional - the only place to go if you want the best "treatment".
