The LASIK Vision Institute

This is the LA, wilshire center. I should've wrote this after bad experience with them the 1st year. Had dry eyes before surgery and they still proceeded with surgery. It's been 2 years now and i'm still putting drops daily so vision wont be blurry. The dr. says i might need drops rest of my life (she says this after surgery, why didn't you tell me before?!). Staff (asian manager mainly, i'm not racist, i don't know her name) dont return calls when things mess up like this (other patients on here said same thing). Wanted to sue but lawyers said cant sue 1 year after surgery. Horrible

I was a little scared at first but I’m so glad I went through with it. I can’t help but recommend this place, the staff was very friendly and professional. Truly appreciate Yvette for explaining everything and making me feel at ease with the procedure.

Coming to The LASIK Vision Institute has been a blessing. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Doc was amazing he was very professional and knowledgeable made me feel comfortable and the procedure was so fast and easy. Best decision I've made for 2020 so far

Absolutely loved the staff here! Meylin, who worked the front desk, was so helpful and really took her time answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable. She made the whole process a lot easier for me.

I had the best experience here. The exam to see I'm a candidate was much more thorough than the other consultations that I have been to and the way they explained everything was so much clearer. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Erin and Dr. C I can't thank them enough. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating imo!
