If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The older women who work there are so rude it's ridiculous. It's astonishing to me that this place is still in business. I saw someone (who I thought was another customer), yelling at an employee. I later found out that was the owner who was yelling at the employee. I hope their employees are paid REALLLLLY WELL considering what they have to deal with, although no amount would truly suffice

Just went into the store to buy some Abreva.   I was charged $47 and change which included tax.  I questioned the price and was told that was correct so I opted for the generic instead which was still hugely overpriced at $26.29.  I bought it because I needed it right away.  Just looked for Abreva on Amazon and the 2gm size (same size as the pharmacy was selling) is $17.29.  How does BGP get away with a $30 markup?  Why do they need to do that?  I'm guessing because they can get away with it.  The pharmacy is suffering from one of the many things wrong in our society - Greed.

Called to see if they had any adderall 10 mg during the shortage and the woman who answered the phone checked and said that they did not have any in stock. That's all fine, but when I followed up to see if they also had any 20 mg in stock as an option for my doctor to possibly prescribe, she said "that's not what you asked for, so I don't know" and then she hung up on me. She clearly doesn't care about helping patients.

Horrible manners. I called in to confirm a prescription, the lady on the phone was rude in every way possible. She cleared her throat at one point and did not say excuse me this stood out because early in the conversation I had to clear my throat and I said excuse me, like a proper lady/individual. Then when I asked what time they close she told me 6 with attitude and when I was saying thank you, Ill be she hung up. No bye, no thank you, no it will be ready for you. Nothing. Clearly they take advantage of the fact that those of us living up in BHPO have no other options unless we want to drive through traffic down the hill. This has always been the case, which is why outside of getting my meds, I do not make any purchases there. Sad, youd hope they would inspire community support. Its clear that the places that do, like the Beverly Glen Deli and Starbucks get all of our business
