Customer for many many years... Their top shelf herbs used to be pretty decent but the quality went bad to worse now. They need to do a better job purchasing top shelf herbs from their vendors. Their $25-$35 herbs are as good and sometimes even better than their $48-$50 top shelf strains. Their $48-$50 herbs may look and smell better but do not get the job done... Just not worth $48-$50. Once in a while you will find a high quality top shelf strain but it's a tough find and it will sell out very quickly. Don't expect any good recommendations from their budtenders because they will try to sell you what's not selling.. which are their overpriced low quality topshelf. They really don't even know because they probably haven't tried most of the strains. They just go by the THC content on the label which is bogus? I feel like I've been overpaying for herbs here for too long. I now only buy their midshelf $25-35 range herbs. I need to go find another dispensary for high quality top shelf.

Beware of employees giving you open containers, they are not 3.5 in weight. I just bought an eight at 7:55pm and first look when I got home, it look skimpy, so I weighed it and it came out to 3.1-3.2 grams. Open container, no sticker seal. Management has thieves amongst their crew, opening containers stealing from customers as well as business. Disgraceful practice Poor Management
