I have been a client of Paws Grooming Mobile for about a year. She did a good job grooming for what she changed. I started noticing that she was being a little lax in grooming FanC. FanC's last appointment was a nightmare. Her nails weren't done, her tail wasn't cut, and the hair on her head not cut at all. Any GROOMER who has been grooming your dog for a year should know what the customer expects. After several attempts to get her to complete FanC, she said she was too busy and had other clients. I reminded her that I was a client also. Each time I would text her to complete FanC and ask her can we come the next day, she would say come now. I'm not even at home. I ask her to set a time and she wouldn't. Then with an attitude she said she wanted to get rid of me and refund my money. It never was about the money, I just wanted her to complete FanC grooming that she was paid to do. She even admitted that her nails were too long and she didn't do them. Her appointment was a week ago. 1 week later. Check your pet before you leave!

Took our dog, Romeo, there today. I was impressed with the friendliness and personal care. Romeo has hip dysplasia and arthritis so he needed extra care. He can't stand for long periods of time. He was expertly groomed and plan on taking him there next month. I would highly recommend going there.
