Great authentic Persian/Mediterranean cuisine. I would recommend the Cornish hen kabob as well as ground beef, although every dish I tried tastes really good. Recommended dishes Boneless Chicken, Teheran Spacial Plate, Boneless Chicken Kabob, Kebab More

The food at this place simply blew us away. The flavors, the freshness, the exotic combinations. We had the lamb kebab (outstanding), chicken wrap (amazing) and several side dishes. The staff is friendly and we can't wait to go back.

I used to order frequently from this place but won't anymore. They messed up my order and missed the rice in salmon kabob plate. I called but wasn't offered a resolution that would work for both parties. They offered to credit the rice but I can't just eat the salmon this time around and have just the rice for the next time. It doesn't make sense to eat half an order (just rice or just salmon) both times. The only other option was to come back for the missing items. I tried explaining that I have a young child and won't be able to come back again to pick up the missing items. No empathy offered. Please try to rectify the mistake instead of making it harder for the customer. On a different note, I always place an order for pick up and am expected to tip, my husband was adding 10-15% tip for a pick up order every time and I told him not to. He was given so much attitude and he told me that he is not going to this restaurant again even before all these errors occurred. Please note salmon kabobs and a salad were $33 so not cheap by any means, why do I need to tip for a pick up order? Very disappointing! I hope they learn to resolve their mistakes in a positive manner instead of expecting the customer to do everything to fix it.

A small little Persian restaurant located along a busy street in Westwood and serves up delicious Persian classics. From the pictures it looks small, so I was planning on grabbing takeout. I stop by here right after I finished up at the gym so I can take the food home. I ordered the beef koobideh (with 2 skewers) which came with rice and I opted for the salad as well (half half). I also ordered the roasted eggplant dip. Everything was neatly packaged and was excited to take my food home. The beef koobideh was tender, yet slightly crispy on the outside and oh so very tasty. The rice was fragrant and fluffy - so well cooked. The salad dressing (I believe there's yogurt and dill in it?) was refreshing and a great contrast to the meat and rice. Also you gotta love that roasted tomato. The roasted eggplant dip was super duper tasty. I already love eggplant but this definitely had super great flavors. Slightly smoky, very savory, and the caramelized onions added a layer of texture and umami when eaten all together. I savored dipping my lavash bread into it. I think my dipping ratio is messed up because I had a lot of dip left after finishing the bread, lol. I just used the remaining dip and spread it on my koobideh and had some with rice. I guess my only note I would have is that you have to kind of keep on checking if your food is ready for takeout. The place itself is pretty small and there's only like five tables. I was the only one sitting inside waiting for takeout at the time, but didn't hear my name getting called. I think people were ordering ahead of time and coming in just picking up so they leave all the takeout orders on a rack to the side. I was trying to be polite and not constantly asking about it but I noticed a bag that was sitting there for a while, and I finally checked it and just confirmed it was mine. Not sure what the solution would be but just wondering if there's a way to let people know that they're takeout order is ready if they're inside ordering.I would love to come back and even just sit inside and eat there at some point. I saw that they had the pomegranate stew (fesenjoon) on the menu available on the weekends. The last and only time I've ever had that was at one of my really good friends parent's house when I was invited over to celebrate Nowruz. I absolutely loved it so I am excited to try and come back to try this stew here. Parking could be hectic because it is on a busy street, but I was able to find parking around the block. But there is a lot of metered parking along the way. I picked up a little later so it wasn't as hectic as it could be I guess. Also, just to reiterate - this place is pretty tiny so if it's really busy the best way to get their food is takeout. The place does look really fun to eat inside as well, so if you have the opportunity. I would take it.
