I've just found out they moved and I don't know to where. I paid for my glasses already and the business has just disappeared. How incredible unethical to steal money from a patient.

I have been their customer for over 10 years, and they will not let me buy two boxes of contacts without a new eye exam because it has been 1 year and 12 days.
Those 12 days are the reason I will not be their patient anymore. Have some flexibility, people.

The store hour is from 9:30am to 5:30pm in weekday. After 15-min walking, I just stopped by this store and no one's inside with locked door at 12:40pm. I am wondering if the sales are going out for lunch? Please respect your job, man.
