He is known and reputable in the area too which also helps greatly! And works with the best appraisers too. Micah was by my side the whole time - i knew i had his expertise, knowledge but also a true friend who really cared each step. In addition to all this, Micah was also a calming and confident force. I couldn't imagine going through this process with such a big part of it in anyone else's hands.
