We bought a 2023 electric Mini Cooper. While we were aware of the limited range of the car, we were not told about the car no longer being equipped with run flat tires. Minis are not equipped with spare tires, making this a safety issue. My wife had a flat tire and drove it,believing we had run flats on our car. We were never informed of Mini changing the tires of the SE. All of the other gas-powered Minis come with run flat tires. We were later told run flat tire decrease the range of electric vehicles. This is a safety issue that has been concealed from customers. When I called and spoke to management about my concerns, it was downplayed and I was told to contact Mini/BMW headquarters to see if they could resolve the issue. I was given a number to call. The number was to BMW Financial. I called back and left a message, to get the correct number to call. I never got a call back.

Nick Alexander has terrific service with concierge drop off and pick up. I was really happy with my team of Miguel and Billy today.  They serviced my car and got it to me in a pinch. Thank you!

Ordered a convertible cooper s on a phone call, and waited for 6 months to pick up (Perhaps delayed due to Christmas holiday.?)! Everythings great with Collin, no hidden fee or something. A bit unfortunate that my car came without the headup display due to component shortage ..But still pretty satisfied with the colors, panel pattern, and wheels of my choice.

Purchased a Mini Cooper SE new from this dealer. I have never had as great an experience at a car dealership! I was very happy with the price and the customer-service went way above and beyond. Collin the salesperson was empathetic and helped work with me very well. Michael in finance was great at explaining all the details. No high-pressure sales, just good people.
