Food is ok ,but service was terrible,,been to other pollo loco establishments and totally different atmosphere,,,a lot better service and courtesy,,all the crew was really unprofessional,,never going back to this particular pollo loco

I ordered a 3-piece combo and I specifically wanted 2 breasts and a leg, the lady who cut the chicken, very upset, told the cashier in an imposing way that there was no breast and the cashier told me that there was no breast and I replied I want what I'm asking you to charge me what you have to charge, it bothers me because the girl again tells him in an arrogant tone, tell him I'll give him two legs and a breast if he wants and it bothers me so much that she treats the client the same way she treated me I just want to let you know this so that you can improve or train your staff, especially that lady who has very poor training, knowing that the client asks for whatever she asks for and she is always right. order 670Knowing that the client whatever he asks for and he is always right, I was today February 2 at 10:18 am at the cashier 436 erick p. order 670

This is by far the worst El pollo loco I have ever been to it my entire life it is nasty tnasty the tables are wiped off as I stood in line for 10 minutes to place my order it took another 15 minutes to get my order not to mention they offer wing lovers with no wings they say they have legs but no wings why offer wing lovers if you don't have wings take it off the menu bad service horrible wait time I would not recommend this El pollo loco if it was the only one in the world that's how bad it is
