UPDATE: Dr. Reddy called me personally and she was able to see my son today. Dr. Reddy is a fantastic doctor and was really caring and patient with my son. She spoke to the front desk at her office and took steps to clear up its problems with communication. I would give Dr. Reddy 5 stars the office I will increase to 3 stars for now. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. Scheduling with them has been a nightmare. After FINALLY getting on the schedule, filling out all the paperwork and TAKING TIME OFF OF WORK I get a call less 4 days before my sons appointment saying the doctor has to cancel. Do not waste your time even booking with this office.

If you need someone helpful and who will take and/or return your calls, do NOT come here. I have been a patient here for 6 years bc I like the PA I see but I have finally had enough. I've been trying to make an appointment since JANUARY (it's mid-March now). No one picks up, no one calls back. And the one time I get someone on the phone, they take my information and never call me back. Today, I was just told to text them daily to try and schedule a PA and if not, I can't get in for a quick routine appt until MAY. This office is not helpful, lack concern and care for regular patients, and has completely failed when it comes to providing caring and timely service for their patients. I am so extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I had FESS surgery from Dr. Walgama. I can't recommend him highly enough. I was hesitant to try sinus surgery, and he understood and worked with me to exhaust all other treatments first. He's great at explaining what he's doing and why, and he's very knowledgeable in this field. If you're having sinus issues, visit Dr. Walgama.
