The staff is professional and friendly however this is very busy lab during some hours. they could use better housekeeping in that bathroom. Humans can be so disgusting and rude when using the bathroom at the hospital
Outside of parking the visit was less than 1hr much better than previous visits.

Worst ucla med Lab in the entire plaza! The staff is rude and so slowwwww. Its always beyond crowded and nothing has gotten better in the past 3 years Ive been going. Seems to actually be getting worseit feels like youre at a free clinic. The wait time is always 3x more than what they estimate. You check-in on an ipad, just to sit and wait to thenn go up to the first couple of windows to verify check-in again with a person, thennnn go sit and wait againnn to actually be called inside to get blood drawn. Not efficient at all.

I have gone to other UCLA labs and when I went to this one I was blindsided with a $700+ bill. How is anyone supposed to know this one randomly charges more? On their website it doesn't differentiate labs. Oh how I miss KP.
