I have three days to complete a drug test but couldn't get a hold of the office. I would only get an after hours automated system even during open hours. I explained to them my situation that I needed done before Monday. The girl kept screaming out the office " We don't do drug test on Friday." I explained my situation but turned me away. Terrible customer service. I'd say go else where for whatever services they provide.

The doctors are good. The people at the front desk are terrible. They don't greet you. They ignore you while speaking Spanish to one another. They don't answer the phone and there is no message center. I asked if I could leave a message for the doctor and was told I have to wait until my appointment which was 3 weeks away. The worker specifically told me the only time I could speak to the doctor is when I have an appointment. I asked if I could leave a email or leave a note him and was told no. I had to drive across town 3 times because I could not get anyone to answer the phone. When I told the front desk I was told they couldn't do anything about it and when I informed of having to drive across town to ask a yes or no question I was responded to by what do you want me to do and had a terrible attitude.
