        Nurses and staff at the check-in entrance(s) to get my child covid tested are SUPER UNNORGANIZED, they are a positive mess- we xame 5 min. before my child's appointment and they don't even have her "covid testing package swab ready"!!! These nurses are showing with their "insecure" faces and they don't even know what to do or where to start! They should know better, we don't know if these children getting covid tested are I'll or if we parents have another Drs appointment!

        I just want to say that the pediatric team were wonderful to my child . They are extremely patient and caring . Nurse Maria was kind and sweet. The child life specialist Edith was warm compassionate and extremely patient with my child who has Autism. Dr. Minh was also a caring and understanding person. Great team. They are heaven sent
