So I walked in and was told NO WALK-INS and I explained "that's it said when I called the voice message said walk-ins welcome.
Female representative sitting at the desk said THAT'S FALSE and turned me away.
I did explain that she's called me a liar and that's offensive.
The next potential client behind me said the same thing ... I explained to her she might want to use different language telling potential customers they are lying.
