Dropped off my hands on Tuesday and was told that it will be ready on Friday. First time trying this place after moving to Escondido went to pick up my cleaners and it’s not ready yet and they’re not being helpful please avoid this place there’s other places

This location does not honor promised discounts and may overcharge you. Workers are friendly and they do a decent job. However, I was disappointed from my most recent pick up. I was promised a %20 off discount during drop-off as indicated on my receipt. When I went to pick up my shirts, I was told that "we are not offering discounts on laundry" I showed them the receipt, the response was the same. They mentioned that the previous employee had "made an error. by giving you that discount." They did not honor the promised discount. I paid the full price and after checking my receipt I realized I was over charged for every shirt. When I inquired, I was told that "prices have gone up." That was also not disclosed to me prior to drop off. This place is either extremely disorganized or has shady practices. The entire interaction was professional and cordial. However, it left a bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning here. If you don't care for an overpriced dry cleaners than this is an ok place.

Right across my office, friendly, professional and always welcoming, this place is quite a gem! So hard to find people who actually provide great service and greet you with a smile every day. Thank you, keep up the great work.
