Had an amazing experience here. I was texting back and forth with Zul and she was very responsive and patient with my different questions. I decided to go in person and they were the most attentive and welcoming people I felt very comfortable and not pushed to make a purchase. Also their pricing is very competitive with the other jewelry district jewelers but at chic jewelry you will get honest prices unlike most other places near the area. I will definitely come back here whenever I need something.

Zul was great!!! I purchased a pendant and I unfortunately tried to exchange it too late and she still mailed it back out to me through Priority mail in 2 days with no questions, no concerns, no extra charge. She is also very responsive. I just wish they were opened on weekends so I can buy a chain. I recommend buying from her. Thank you again!!! Update: 5/3/2021- Thank you Zul. Youre the best. Always going above and beyond. Pls extend your hours and get on Yelp!! Great prices, good jewelry, AMAZING service!!!!
