Sam did a wonderful job at resizing my engagement ring! It was a bit more complex since I have a crossband but you cant even tell that it was resized. Went from a size 9 to a 10 and it took about an hour. The entire experience was very welcoming and he accommodated me by fitting me in sooner as I was in a rush! I would recommend anyone to go to him! Great family owned business!

Sometimes the reviews dont tell the whole story. Disappointed I took 3 watches to the "expert" for batt change and now all 3 chronos are off. At least they should explain what to expect ahead of time, not tell me on the phone afterwards that is not their fault.

I dropped my watch, shattering the crystal, and was devastated. This watch repair shop came to the rescue and replaced the crystal with precision and care. The watch now looks even better than it did before the mishap. The quality of the replacement and the overall service were exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the result.
