This is long overdue....I was here for my engagement band and came back a year later to get my rings polished after a bike accident. The people are so nice at Derco. It feels as if you walked into someone's house who is eager to make you comfortable. There is a culture of urgency to provide the best customer service at your pace. The team is knowledgeable and resourceful.

I wish I could leave 6 stars! S & N Jewelry Jewelers were so professional and helpful. I was able to make an appointment online, and immediately got a text from Greg to come over, and was greeted before entering the store! I had a vintage engagement ring needed cleaning and touch up. I was very nervous to trust someone with it. Greg did an outstanding job - the ring was like new in no time! He also gave me a cleaning solution so I can maintain it myself. They have great selection in store to customize rings right there. Look no further for the jewelry store!

I met this wonderful jeweler at the Chicago Jewelry Show and asked him to copy a costume ring that I found and liked. OMG.... he copied it EXACTLY! It is an unusual setting with 10 diamonds (cushion cut and rounds) and I absolutely love it. So happy with the artistry and the excellent service that made this whole experience so great. If you want something special, you must use S&n Jewelry. They are the best.

This company went to the international gem show in Dallas a few weeks back. I found a ring that looked beautiful. I was with my lady so I couldnt buy it in person. I had them sell it to my cousin who stayed after I left. When I got the ring, it definitely was not the one I saw there. I asked the jeweler what size diamond fits and he answered with 1.5 to 2 CT. I went out and bought a 1.8 and it didnt fit. Even a 1.5 didnt fit. The ring he sold me fits a 1 CT. I was able to get ahold of him right away and he told me through text that hed work with me on getting the right ring. After a day, he stopped responding. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware. This guy is a scammer. Dont trust the bright lights shining on the jewelry he sells. Its so different when its not under the light. Also, he quoted me 795 at the gem show. My cousin ended up paying over $1200.
