We worked with Eli the first time to create both our (men's and women's) wedding bands, and working with Eli again to create my wife's custom, radiant eternity anniversary band was just the most spectacular thing. Working with Eli is just wonderful- he has got the industry experience, is honest, communicative, and is excellent to work with. We have flown from Seattle to LA to ensure we get the best quality, and Eli always delivers. My wife is very happy with her custom band, and we are happy to be returning customers. My Wife and I have bought from Eli two times. I used credit card on my first purchase, and was present at the store. I am currently overseas for work, and after committing to the purchase and spending weeks of time designing a neckless, Eli is refusing to let me purchase with a credit card. The credit card and person will be preset at the store as originally requested by Eli, and he has suddenly decided to changed his mind, knowing how close our wedding date is. Do not come here if you want someone who actually cares about your day, this is strictly business for Eli, and unfortunately he has now lost our future business.
