Extremely nice and extremely helpful. I think it is difficult to find someone that will give you a great price and be helpful in teaching you about diamonds. My first encounter with a jeweler in the wholesale district left me with a bad impression, as they wanted me to learn more about diamonds before talking with them... but Rita sat down and went over all aspects of diamonds with us and DID NOT PRESSURE me at all to buy. She was fully confident and allowed me to leave and compare her prices against local competitors and retail shops. She was obviously MUCH cheaper than any name brand store (Tiffany's) and alittle cheaper (2-5%) than other wholesale competitors in the area. NEVER BUY RETAIL! The mark up is ridiculous. You can move up almost 3 letters in color, and 2 or 3 levels in clarity for the same price you would pay retail. You will save probably 60% if you buy wholesale. As all her diamonds are GIA certified and inscribed with laser the numbers, we knew there was no issue with quality. I will definitely go back to buy more for anniversaries or whenever I get in trouble with my better half ;)
