Kuishimbo Restaurant

Delicious chicken and ribs been going to this spot for years now . my whole family likes it! Haven't had a bad experience so far and hopefully it stays like that.

My daughter and I love coming here and never had an issued. I hate leaving negatives reviews. Sadly, today I had to give this place a one star review not due the food but to the service. The older cashier lady with the blonde hair needs to work on customer service. She was in such a rush to take my order she kept repeating it incorrectly. I literally had to tell her about 5 times what I wanted to order. When she finally repeated my order and got it correctly she rolled her eyes. When my order was ready she still got it incorrectly and was missing one plate. I advised her I was missing an order. She then stated she didn't charge me for it. Not a problem I told her I will pay for the missing plate. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and charged me for the additional order. After she ran my debit card then she finally decided to tell me they ran out of chicken breast at 4 pm. It was a first time bringing my daughter's friends and they loved the food.

Make sure you arrive well before closing time if you plan to eat here. They're the type of place that likes to "close" before they actually close, so they can go home. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to try this place out, was in the door 10 mins before closing, people still seated inside eating, and they turned me away saying "we're closed". I replied, "Really? Your hours say you're still open, and the big Open/Closed sign on the front door still says "Open"". The lady escorted me out and flipped the sign on the door to "closed" behind my back as I walked out. I won't return and I hope you don't either. TERRIBLE customer service. Change your hours if you want to close before closing time.
