Super friendly ,local feel, excellent food! One of my favorites on the west side. I went as part of a large group ( 30+) and they took great care of us. They even have a small , private area that you can reserve. Excellent! Favorite dish: the dynamite roll. But everything was truly delicious.

Michi, the restaurant and the chef, are wonderful! The food is delicious, the setting is lovely. The spider roll and baked salmon were both incredible. This is a perfect place for a date or just dinner!

Very disappointing. Tried for the first time today. The portion size of the rolls are small and we're not so amazing- as far as taste. We were greeted very nicely but had terrible service otherwise. They completely forgot one of the rolls we ordered and still tried to charge for it. We brought it to their attention and they didn't even offer to get us the roll, they just took it off the bill. This is not your usual sushi spot with a chef at a bar. Food is all prepared in the back, out of sight. When we asked for the bill, the waitress (who seemed unhappy) tossed it into the table with a pen. It was done so carelessly that the pen just bounced right off the table and on to the floor. The waitress saw this happen and observed my husband reaching for it if the floor so she didn't bother to help, nor did she apologize. Parking is hard to get here too. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
