I really really really really wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before I agree to have this man come out to my house and give me an estimate on a security door. Everything in the other Horror Story reviews has come true with me. February 13 2019 was when my door was supposed to be installed as promised. The door did not get installed until February 22nd 2019. He was sick and it was raining and his truck broke down where the reasons that were given to why the door was not on time or ready to be installed. I wanted certain lock and handle on my door and I wanted to make sure being that this was a custom door that my lock and handle would would fit. So I ended up driving all the way out to El Monte because every single time he claimed he was coming to get the lock and handle something came up. I will be taking this man to court. Poor customer service and he actually had the nerve to get upset with me because of the concerns I had with the shabby paint job. He tried to throw his employees under the bus saying they did that to the door when clearly whoever painted it did a poor job in painting it. I truly wish I would have refused the order and gone with someone else. Now I will have to go drag him into court to get my money refunded to get a new door and have my stucco repaired to my house because of his workers drilling into my stucco and cracking my stucco around my door frame. Please feel free to contact me before you do business with this guy stay away.
