This company has terrible customer service. They were my insurance agents for over a decade, then they cancelled my policy with NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL to my residence that is insured.  They said these are direct bill policies, so mail and billing notices and reminders are sent directly from Safeco to the insured.  We had moved offices, so Safeco sent the notice to the old office, then notified Linn T Hodge & Sons Insurance of this, who sent another notice to the WRONG forwarding address (an error on their part). As my agent for many years, they made ZERO EFFORT to follow up via phone call or email about renewing my policy.  They simply cancelled my homeowners' insurance policy. I do not recommend this company. Go somewhere else where you will get personalized attention.

After speaking with Chubb, we called this companyduring the early afternoon to inquire about a family insurance plan and were completely blown off. The unnamed woman that picked up asked quite a few questions and then, subsequently, promised us that Linn Hodge Jr. would be calling us back momentarily. But, that never took place. If they are this disrespectful before an actual sale takes place, I cannot imagine how unhelpful theyd be if a claim were to arise.
