One of the people running this place used to be a lawyer but was disbarred for unethical conduct.  He was all over the news.  I was shocked to find out that someone with that kind of background could help run a medical billing business.  Aren't there any government checks on who can run these businesses?And I too have seen shady things going on here.

The most shady billing company I've ever seen in the industry. Once they gain access to your contracted insurance's provider web portal, They'd change ur clinic's contact information to their company phone number without asking for a permission from the providers. That's practically illegal. They ask your patients to send payments directly to them instead without your authorization. They'd steal your money just because they think you don't know Billings, so u'd rely on them. You'd rather hire someone that might costs you a bit more but legit. Do not hire them. This is a warning !!!!

Incompetent, stupid, thieving accounting personnel.  They received my payment in good faith, they deposited into the correct account, but didn't post it to my account.  They lied to me that they didn't receive it. I emailed proof from my bank with my cancelled check showing their endorsement stamp, awaiting for their resolution.  I'm beyond furious with this company.  I HATE THEM.
