        The absolute worst doctor ever! He mis-diagnosed me and I ended up going to UCLA where I had to have surgery because of a raging infection Dr Rapp ignored. On top of that, I lost hearing in both ears under his care because he did not listen or take me seriously when I questioned him about it. My husband insisted I go to another doctor because I was not getting better. Thank God I got away from him when I did. I now have permanent damage and major hearing loss in both ears because of his inept care.
