Any question is answered and explained throughly. She really wants you to understand and be aware of everything unlike others. They were able to help me bring my husband to the U.S. His process unfortunately was one of those impacted by the global pandemic in 2020 but this firm helped tremendously even upon those difficult times they managed to get through the case. I 100% recommend Carolina and her staff to represent you. In our case (husband and I) we applied for the IR1 Visa which took almost 3 years to complete because of COVID. We met up with paralegals a few times and with Carolina about 2 times. Throughout the whole process we always had our paralegal ready to answer any questions we had. We had the pleasure of working with Carlos (who I understand is no longer there) and with Enrique. Enrique gave us all the help we needed he was super helpful! As we got closer to the appointment in Juarez we were walked throughout the steps that needed to be taken for the interview. In the end my husband was able to be approved for his residency and part of it was thanks to Carolina and her staff who were always there ready to answer questions and give advice.
