Bambee HR

This is the worse HR platform for small business, they are nothing more than a live chat or phone call, any HR work is NOT done by them aside from "advise" all paperwork, onboarding is done by YOU .. as a small business I pretty much have to hire someone to do all the work bambee requires.. THEY DO NOT VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER, they will contradict the advise given amongst the HR managers who switch out so frequently, you will be constantly repeating yourself on issues already submitted ..save your time, sanity & money BEWARE !!!

This would be a 1 star review if we have cancelled like we wanted to last year. We were not pleased with the response time from this company whenever we needed help. We would call to reach our hr manager we would get the same response "he is not available". What turned our experience around was actually speaking to a human for some hr advice. All we were needing was guidance on what to do with an employee. Our hr rep was not available of course but Curtis actually helped us get connected over with someone to help us with a concern we were having momentarily. You can just tell he cared and wanted to help us find answers. I am not 100% on board with Bambee but this did help us understand they do care and are trying.

FRAUD ALERT - Dont give these people a penny. They lie to get you signed up and then when you realize they dont offer the services the sales rep promised, they refuse to let you cancel and refuse to give you your money back. You'd be better off putting your hard earned money in a pile on the ground and lighting it on fire.

Bambee has been everything that our company has hoped for and more so far. Brad Harper and Brady Murphy have walked us through the onboarding process every step of the way. Brad has been incredibly diligent in his response time and always follows up with us or checks in to make sure we dont need anything. Brady has been super helpful in getting our management team trained and taking care of a lot of the set up. That combination of response time and willingness to train our staff is huge for us. Couldnt be happier, keep up the great work!

Why are your commercials so negative toward HR professionals and the true need for them? As an HR professional with 18 years under my belt I would never want to work for a company that cornerstones its culture on calling HR too expensive and a huge liability. I'm not sure why anyone with any real HR person would want to work for a company that says that. Good luck.
