This company is absolutely the worst! The bad customer service, the way in which they answer the phone to talk to their customers, is horrible. I couldn’t believe I was calling an actual company on google due to how insane the unprofessionalism was. I will never recommend this company to ANYONE.

Hi I just called this maid service to leave a voicemail. But someone answered. I asked her if they would b available to clean my house tomorow. The woman violently screamed at me “We are closed “. If they are this Low class and violent I wouldn’t let them into my home for sure

i've been using this company for several years. I have a standing five hour appointment each Monday. This company is on time courteous honest and very thorough. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for house cleaning services.

I was told my two bedroom apt was too messy to clean. She then proceeded to take pictures and threatened me saying if I left bad reviews for her then she will post photos of my apartment with my full name disclosed. Lady I don't care what you do but you won't be taking money from hard working people. This business is shady. She is not nice and is unprofessional. We set up a time at 1 she called me back 30 minutes later asking if she could come at noon shouldn't you know what your schedule looks like. Only information asked of me about the apartment was the size and if it was cleaning for move in and move out. IF YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT AND THREATENED. By all means this is the place for you. She told my boyfriend she didn't know clothes would be on the floor. I mean come on this is a lived in apt lady of course their would be clothes on the floor. I'm black and try to support local black businesses but not with this kind of ignorance. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.
