Best boutique hotel in Los Angeles, so many great restaurants and stores in the area that are all fairly new. The service is always amazing. Gym is great, rooms are beautiful, the value you get for the place is phenomenal. Highly highly recommend and street parking is pretty easy to find!

Check in was a breeze. Nancy was polite and thorough explaining all the amenities and how to park in the parking garage. The rooms are clean with everything youll need. Its quick to get to from downtown or Hollywood so a great little jump off point to get around. Hotel fee and parking are way less than most hotels in the city which was a plus and you have in and out privileges for the garage which is always good.

Horrible experience. Room with broken French window therefore not secure, seen on electric transformer 3m from the balcony, we were changed rooms for the ground floor and 3 days later we were charged $400 more for the new room supposedly upgraded. lots of party people (2/3 nights), poorly soundproofed, non-blackout curtain. non-existent breakfast, no restocking of the fridge, undrinkable 1L recycled bottled water at $12 on bill, hot water that comes after more than 5 minutes (it's a long time...), very random service depending on the staff present. The neighborhood is of no interest. Destination fees are double billed if you go through a third party like Booking. I definitely don't recommend this hotel. Worst hotel experience in several decades. Safety: Window door that didn't close, they seemed to know about it but didn't repair it. Food & drinks: 2 donuts per day available, no refill, very bad pump coffee.

Really enjoyed my stay. This is in an up and coming neighborhood which was great because there was plenty of free parking for my rental. Rooms are clean and hotel is quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Christina, the general manager, and all the staff at Alsace were absolutely amazing! Every single person we interacted with here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The room, location, facilities, easy off street parking and the coffee were all spectacular! We are sad to leave and would definitely stay here again! Also, if you're looking for delicious food options in the area Chulita LA, MIAN, and Tartine were all spectacular!!! Thank you so much!

Concerning the neighborhood, customers often find it adapted to their expectations, we regret that this was not the case for you. Sorry to hear you wouldn't recommend us; Nonetheless, we hope to have the opportunity to change your perspective in the future.
