        The lack of organization is astonishing. Multiple times people would call out a name when the patient already went inside.

        PIH is close to an area that I frequent and I've been a few times for service. Was disappointed this morning when I walked by the hospital and saw that their maintenance has water hoses over a fence to flood the sidewalk that residents in the area use including the unhoused residents in a city that has seen thousands of homeless die from hypothermia. This is not what hospitals should be doing in our communities! They are also playing music some nights. We have serious issues of pollution by the systems surrounding us. Flooding the sidewalk won't fix the homeless problem but maybe we should take some vacant parking from the hospital and build more housing for homeless and green space for the community.
