I would say that this is unbelievable but I believe every word of it and I feel so sorry for the people that have been turned away from housing and other services.

Both residents and staff can be rude and when you 1st come in staff doesn't give you a run down of the place they direct you as a resident to the side door but never open the door costing people precious time in their various appts trying to help themselves out of homelessness. Staff members make it difficult for residents to not only get help for themselves but through other means. This is the most least helpful shelter I've ever seen and had the unfortunate reality to be in...really wish there was a negative scale cause they're a -5 stars
