I sat on hold to make an appointment to see Dr. Feder for 10 minutes, for someone to get on the phone and tell me they need to call me back in 15 minutes. Horrible customer service!!!

It helped me with an hormonal problem and I didn't take the synthetic medication. She is kind and give me a professional service. I recommend her as a good alternative.

Fantastic experience. Saw Dr Hoang. She was prompt, professional and thorough with my 12 year old son's school physical. She took time with us--what a refreshing change!

I visited Dr Feder due to a recommendation and I could not have been more disappointed. I was told that she may have a homeopathic solution to my problem. She made it VERY clear from the start that if I did not pay for a homeopathic visit which is 350.00 out of pocket then she would not dispense any homeopathic advice. Her "medical advice" was borderline on the malpractice scale. Her sophomoric cursory examination was basically going through the motions to pretend she was looking into my problem. It was as if she had to do two or three basic things to justify the fee she is going to charge the insurance company. I am most likely going to report her to my insurance carrier. Avoid her medical quackery. It is all a facade. Her examination was not only incomplete but her advice to "take a nap in the shade" was some of the most ridiculous medical advice I have ever received. Her game appears to be to upsell you on her homeopathic angle with higher appointment fees and a warehouse full of overpriced homeopathic remedies. There are many other more proficient doctors out there. I only wish I could get my co-pay back. She was a total waste of time and gas. If there were 0 stars I would have chosen that option. I am also out an additional payment as my insurance would not cover her astronomical fees.
