        I called to ask a general question and the lady that answer laughed at my question. I asked if they sell Casket Vaults and she just laughed away like I was joking. The right thing for her to say is we ran out and been nice about it. When your in that business and longing you don't sarcastically respond with sarcasm. Very inappropriate
