Words can't express how happy we are with JME Construction. Jilmer and his crew worker magic to remodel our entire home from floor to celing, wall to wall every room in our house was gutted and rebuilt as per our vision and Jilmer's. He and his team helped us with our design with an eye toward keeping costs within our budget and our timeline. JME Construction is very professional and no matter how big or small the job you need to they will get it done. To me quality of work is very important and Jilmer and his workers take pride in their work and the quality of work shows.

JME Construction helped us out with a dry rot issue at our street facing bay window. The house was built in 1941 and the windows are the original double hung windows. The heavy rains of 2016/2017 damaged the window sill and parts of the vertical framing as well. We had it repaired once before by a tradesperson who claimed to be a vintage window specialist. After 6-8 months those repairs pulled away from the windows leaving gaping crevices along the repair boundary. There was not only visible wood damage but the windows were swollen and difficult to open and close. Jilmer Morales assessed the damage, discussed the proposed repair and sent out a technician to rip out the old "repairs" and do it right. The work was done is less than a day. The window sill and framing was repaired, repainted and clear coated. The best part was that the windows were completely restored to full functionality. The bill was less than the one for the earlier bad repair work. I trust Jilmer and JME Construction and recommend them highly.
