Don't ever use this service. JOHNNY MOON is the most dishonest contractor. Honesty is everything when hiring a contractor. I contracted JOHNNY MOON. But I told him to hold work because HOA did not give permission yet. I repeatedly told him not to start because I could get in huge trouble if I started before approval. He started anyways without even telling me.
After I saw that I can't trust him, I decided to go with someone else. However, he won't give any money back.
Oh yeah. The floor work that he did do had to be removed by the next contractor because it was terribly uneven, and had multiple levels causing trip hazards.
I will be filing a complaint with Contractors State License Board and filing a lawsuit against JOHNNY MOON
