Awful customer service. I just called to ask which dining sets are included in their current promotion and the response was, "I can't spend all day on the phone, just come to the store." And was then hung up on.

I went in just to look around for a couple of couches, the salesman was very helpful and told me about a full living room set for $999. He was very patient when I was trying to decide what pieces I wanted. I ended up getting a couch, love seat, coffee table, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, a rug, a throw and a 5 piece accessory set with delivery for 1230 out the door. I don't know why people are giving such bad reviews, I thought the sales person was very knowledgeable and though it hasn't been delivered yet, i think I will be happy with my purchase. The only downside is that the couch was unavailable, so they have it on back order to be delivered separately (free of charge).

I was looking for a new couch for my back room and I this was one of the first stores I checked out. Overall, I wasn't thrilled. Everything was slightly above average, but this doesn't really cut it it LA (there are literally 20 furniture stores within 3mi). Not a bad place to get a couple ideas, but I didn't see anything compelling enough to buy.

I always find it odd that people are so quick to tell about ALL the problems they've had but you rarely see people write reviews on a good experience. The furniture I brought was nice and I didn't have a problem with delivery.
