Incredibly happy with this place! We asked them to do an alaskan king size bed custom. Price was fair and Trevor, who built the bed, was very patient and creative. Bed is absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely thrilled with this business and level of service we've received. Recommend without any hesitation.

I honestly dont think I had worst experience. I am still in shock at the time and effort wasted. I emailed UrbanWoods LA on March 1st with a simple message that we would like to order a dining table. Shortly after, I spoke with the owner Anne on the phone and discussed the order. I took her suggestions and we agreed that she would send us samples. We never received any. Getting Anne to respond to emails or phone calls has been close to impossible. Only if I posted on their Instagram would I get a response that samples are on the way. After about 2 months of empty promises and waiting I emailed again to ask for an uodate. Anne said I had no order and everybody wants samples. I called several days in a row.to place an order I was sure we already placed. Nobody answered or called back. I offered to send ups pick up and to return the samples within a day, total time 1 weeks with shipping. I emailed again but havent heard back. The last communication was on June 9th. asking me what stains we would like to receive. I replied right away and today 3 weeks later no samples no word from Anne. I followed up and asked maybe I am missing something and how can we proceed forward. no response. I have MS and every effort is hard so I dont like to waste any. I invested a lot of time in communication, selecting the stains, choosing the design and it was all for nothing. It is not nice. It is not professional. If you cant take or fulfil an order have the basic decency to just say so. But to keep a good meaning customer on hook like that is just wrong. If there was a review like that I would be on notice and of course wouldnt wait. So i hope it helps you to plan. Service: Tables
