This Microsoft store location awesome, the staff are very considerate, and assist with each of my needs as if I'm the only client in the store. Great customer service. - When my Surface Book 2 suffered permanent damage between the connection to the tablet and the keyboard, the in-store manager made an executive decision, and replaced my entire computer without any additional charges, or fees. Thank you very much for your assistance, and support. It means a lot. Go Microsoft!

My computer is down because of the updates that automatically updated my PC and now my PC doesn’t function. There is no way to get a hold of MS to get the issue fixed except to leave a msg on their website...looks like they have too much power because they don’t care about their customers! I’ll be switching platforms soon.

On our trip to Seattle we stopped over at Microsoft visitor center. My kids and I enjoyed it. There were interactive displays/games and they had items on display to view. The gift shop was neet. They have items there that you cannot buy anywhere else.
