Wish I could give them no star rating. We ordered a part on October 9th. Contacted the company on the 23rd to find out where my part was. I received the runaround on where my part was. First I was told that it shipped but they could not give me a tracking number. When it did not arrive, I called, and was then told that the part shipped to them instead of me and they would get it out overnight. Then I was told the next day that it did not go out and that it would go out the next day. I was then sent a bogus tracking number. I eventually got to speak with the CEO and forwarded all the emails to him. He told me that he would review the emails, find out what happened and get back with me. I have contacted him several times since then and still have not heard back. They did however refund our money for the part we purchased. But they have a severe lack of customer service!!

Shawn worked hard to get our contracting company a discontinued part. HE FOUND in their old stock and gave it to us! Great people, small company but we like working with small local biz.

Went in the other day to get an intercom for a new business I'm starting. Shawn was friendly. Got me the right product, didn't oversell. Nice local business.
